Description
The stainless steel inset and lid is for use on Server 11 quart (10.4 L) warmers or will fit a 101/2" (26.7 cm) cut-out. An exclusive rim on the hinged lid eliminates product loss from condensation run-off. Side handle assists in opening the lid ergonomically to eliminate reaching over dangerous steam.
