Heavy-duty cast iron double burner plate
The WDB600 is a heavy-duty commercial double burner equipped with a 7" and 6" cast-iron burner plates, that heat up quickly and evenly. There's a 1300-watt large plate for fast cooking, and a 500-watt small plate for simmering and warming (1800 total watts). Both plates have the heating elements embedded in the cast iron for maximum heat distribution and quick heat-up time.
